the yard decoration is very cool but the location is very remote, not very easy to find and there are no signs outside, kind of have to guess which one is the hotel
there’s only a few rooms, towel was very badly stained, I even thought it was dirty but it smelled clean, I asked them to order a taxi for me (04:30am) and they didn’t call it, instead when I was ready to leave they “offered” the transportation to the airport (didn’t really have a choice at 04:30am), a guy half asleep came out of a room next to the reception and brought me to the airport, but when we arrived and I payed him he didn’t “have” any change and kept my money, pretty bad service.

Cancun dowton is a better option
The room is correct, but lots of ants Hot water, good shower
Without car, you will feel lost in the middle of nowhere. The owner takes advantage of this selling you small bottle of water 40 $ and trying to make you pay his commission for a taxi. He told me no guaranty you will find a taxi, you need my help. Finally just use the whatsapp number of taxi they are super kind and professional, i paid 450$.one way. Its clearly cheaper to sleep in cancun downtown taking an Ado Bus 100$. Breakfast is bad

Staff were very helpful. Okay location for the airport
Very basic rooms. Beds weren't very comfortable. No balcony or kettle as stated.
